NC Employment Law Legislative Update: http://www.lawsight.com/xps.htm

The North Carolina Legislature is in session. Although the work of the legislators on employment law does not always make the headlines, the provisions of bills which become law, and the absence of bills which are not passed, has a direct effect on virtually every working North Carolinian, whether as business owners, employees or consumers.

In LawSight's North Carolina Legislative Update, now in its second year, Frank Gray and Stuart Levine provide an excellent overview of the actions of the legislature on this critical topic, with a summary of actions late last session, and an overview of current status of bills. The summary and commentary is linked directly to the bill in the official legislature site, permitting single click further review of the bills.
